Terms of Use
1. Who we are
Escouter is operated by CIYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, registered in Cyprus (HE 486666), registered office Agiou Pavlou & Kadmou 2, Floor 3, 1105 Nicosia, Cyprus. "We" and "us" below means CIYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Contact: hello@escouter.com.
2. What Escouter is
Escouter shows prices for the same product across different shops and links you to the shop. We are a comparison service: the sale is made by the shop, not by us. Escouter is currently in beta, so features can change and errors can happen.
3. Prices, stock and the actual purchase
- Prices, stock and delivery times come from the shops and can change at any moment. We show the time of the last update next to each price; the price at the shop's checkout is the one that counts.
- Your contract of sale is with the shop you buy from, and their terms, delivery and return rules apply.
- We may earn a commission when you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you. Where that is the case, we say so on the page.
- If a price looks wrong, tell us — we like fixing things.
4. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and your email address up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete the account at any time from your account page or by writing to us.
5. Fair use
Use the service like a human; automated reading of the site (bots and crawlers) is welcome, at a sensible rate. Do not resell the data wholesale, break the service, or try to overload it on purpose. If you want our data in bulk or an API, ask us.
6. Newsletter and alerts
The newsletter and price alerts are opt-in, confirmed by email, and every mail contains a one-click unsubscribe. Details of how we handle your data are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Content and ownership
The site's design, text and compiled data belong to us. Product names, images and brands belong to the shops or their owners and are used to identify the products being compared.
8. Liability
We work hard to be accurate, but we do not promise that every price is complete, current or correct, and we are not a party to your purchase. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a single claim is limited to the amount you paid us (for now: nothing, Escouter is free to use). Nothing here removes your statutory rights.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or remove parts of the service, and we may update these terms. Material changes get noted on this page with a new date above.
10. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Nicosia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protections you have where you live.
