About Escouter

Escouter compares what tech costs delivered in Cyprus, across the shops that deliver here, so you can see which of them is cheapest before you buy. We read each price where the shop sells the item, with the time we read it, and add delivery to Cyprus where the shop states what it costs.
What does Escouter cover?
Tech, from monitors and laptops to 3D printers and their filament. The shops are the ones that deliver to Cyprus and that we've added so far, wherever they're based, and the shops we read lists them. A shop we haven't added yet may still sell an item for less.
Where do the prices come from?
Each price comes from the shop that sells the item, or from Wolt for a shop that sells only through it, and it stops counting once it's 7 days old. Our reader waits between requests at least as long as each shop asks, and never poses as a person's browser. Where part of a total is our estimate, or unknown, the page says so. How prices are read has the full rules, from what the total to your door includes to how lists are ordered.
Does Escouter sell anything?
No. You buy from the shop, or on Wolt for a shop that sells through it, and their terms cover payment, delivery and returns. A link to a shop opens its page, or for some shops its cart with the item in it, and its checkout has the final total, so check it there before you pay. The link passes through Escouter so we can count the click, which the privacy page explains.
Who pays for Escouter?
No shop pays us, and our links to shops earn us nothing. There are no ads on Escouter. Lists are ordered by the total to your door, by a spec or by how often people click through, never by what a shop pays.
Who runs Escouter?
Escouter is run by CIYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD in Nicosia, Cyprus, and the imprint has its postal address and its registration and VAT numbers. To tell us about a wrong price, a shop we should add or anything else, write to hello@escouter.com or use the contact page.
