How do I report a wrong price?
Send the link to the product on Escouter, the shop, and what the shop's own page shows instead. Each price on Escouter carries the time we read it, so check that first: the shop may have changed its price since. Either way, the shop's checkout has the final total.
How do I suggest a shop?
Send the shop's website, after checking it isn't already among the shops we read. We add a shop when it delivers to Cyprus, sells what we cover, and its robots.txt and terms allow us to read its prices. A shop whose site blocks our reader, shows a bot check or gives prices our reader can't read can only be listed from a price file the shop sends us, or by agreement, because we don't get around blocks.
I run a shop. Can I be listed, or removed?
To be listed, send your website, as above. If you'd rather your shop wasn't on Escouter, tell us and we'll take its prices off Escouter. How our reader treats your site, from the pace it keeps to when it stops, is on how prices are read.
How do I ask about my data?
Write to the same address. The privacy page says what we keep, what you can ask for, and that we answer within a month at the latest.
